Welcome to KNOQ KNOQ. These terms govern your use of our real-time expressive messaging platform, mobile apps, and associated services.

User Agreement

By downloading, installing, launching, or using KNOQ KNOQ, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you and KNOQ KNOQ Tech ("Service Provider", "we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, launching, or using the KNOQ KNOQ mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Application"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using and uninstall the Application.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age for digital consent in your jurisdiction) to access or use the Application. By using the Application, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access tokens, credentials, or session states associated with your mobile installation. You accept full responsibility for all activities that occur on your device within the Application.

3. License & Intellectual Property

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, KNOQ KNOQ Tech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and run one copy of the Application on a personal Android or compatible device solely for personal, non-commercial use.

Proprietary Brand Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to KNOQ KNOQ—including trademarks, logos, audio presets (Pop, Fanfare, Boom, Bell, Alert), interaction mechanics, animations, and source code—are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of KNOQ KNOQ Tech.

4. User Conduct & Prohibitions

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to discover the source code of the Application;
Transmitting harassing, unlawful, hateful, abusive, defamatory, or obscene communications;
Deploying bots, automated scripts, or scrapers to spam knock streams or flood communication rooms;
Impersonating any other individual, brand, or KNOQ KNOQ Tech representative;
Attempting to probe, bypass, or breach authentication mechanisms, server endpoints, or WebSocket connections.

5. Real-Time Interaction & Content

KNOQ KNOQ facilitates immediate, real-time message previews and reaction streams without a traditional send button ("Don't Send. Just KNOQ.").

You are solely responsible for interactions and real-time keystrokes or reactions you emit in live rooms. While we enforce safety and anti-abuse policies, the Service Provider is not liable for user-generated content or live peer-to-peer reactions broadcast in real time.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Application integrates with external services (such as Google Play Services, Firebase, and advertising mediation partners). Your interactions with these third-party platforms are governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components, or that real-time messages will be delivered instantaneously in all network conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL KNOQ KNOQ TECH, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE APPLICATION.

9. Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your license or access to the Application at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, harms other users, or impairs platform infrastructure.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Any modifications will be posted here with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of the Application after revisions take effect constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
